We have several different methods to clean sofas depending on their cleanliness level. We alway perform a general cleaning which consists of a vacuumming of all loose particles, and an extraction of all surface dirt and grime with a "Bissel Spot Clean Pro Heat." For pet hair removal we use a combination of several tools along with a full size vacuum. Due to customers potential allergies to other pets, this can be an extremely daunting process depending on the fabric.
